A Beautiful Home in the Belvoir Vale
Waltham House is the perfect setting to bring extended families, friends old and new and to get away from it all in an idyllic, luxurious and spacious setting. Your home-away-from-home is incredibly accessible from all over the UK, making it even easier to bring everyone together, with enough space for everyone to unwind.
Our home caters for up to 14 adults and with a large kitchen and dining area, as well as loads of outdoor space, you will be able to bring everyone together for an incredibly special time in this beautiful corner of the Belvoir Vale in Leicestershire. From April - September there is select availability to extend this to 18 adults through concurrent rental of our stable flat property, adjacent to the main house.

In addition, we have accommodation for smaller groups in our recently renovated Stable Flat. Perfect for a weekend get-away with family or for those needing a bolt-hole while visiting nearby, it can accommodate 4 adults + 2 children.
Travel time from Central London is only 2hr 30 mins by car or nearby Grantham station is a 75 minute train journey to London Kings Cross. We are close to both the M1 and A1 and perfectly situated in the middle of the country.

What you will find...
The property consists of 8 bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 people. The 4 original bathrooms, recently redecorated, have enormous old cast iron baths to soak away the stresses of life, 1 with a bath/shower and a separate walk-in rainforest shower for those wanting a more speedy approach. The beautiful wood-panelled living room and dining room , both with logs fires, has seating for everyone and a modern, well-equipped kitchen will keep the chefs happy. The stunning garden has a terrace with with outdoor seating for relaxing and eating, a tennis court for the more energetic. There is ample parking for all.
Our home, built in the 1920's as a hunting lodge in the Arts and Crafts tradition by my great-grandfather, has been lovingly restored with contemporary furnishings and refined interiors, to ensure that you and your guests enjoy a luxurious stay in a timeless setting.
