The Stable Flat is a recently renovated addition to our wonderful family home, tucked away on our peaceful rural farm. A place to relax and enjoy all that the Belvoir, Rutland & Leicestershire countryside has to offer.
Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts, or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
The Space
The flat has two bedrooms, one king and one double, all rooms on the second floor and the option of an additional two single sofa beds in the sitting room. All the rooms, have been recently renovated and include new Loaf beds & mattresses, fresh linen, and towels.
The fully fitted and bespoke kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow into each other and overlook woodland at one end and the rolling farmland at the other.
The property has a bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower, as well as an additional toilet.
The old tack room downstairs has a fully equipped washroom complete with a new washing machine and separate dryer.
