Living Room, Dining and Kitchen:
The living room and original 'Hall' is adorned with unique ornaments and classic antiques, making the atmosphere cosy and welcoming. You will find two comfy sofas and two armchairs where you can sit back and relax after a long day next to the log fire.
The living room area of the kitchen also offers a sofa and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained throughout your stay.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, hobs, fridge, cooking basics, and silverware.
10 guests can sit comfortably at the kitchen table, while 16-18 can share a meal together at the dining room table.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Attention to detail is evident throughout each of the 9 bedrooms. A mixture of single, double, king and twin (which can be made as doubles) rooms are available with modern and traditional decor—something to suit all tastes. There are also 5 bathrooms available. Four are fitted with bathtubs, and the fifth is equipped with an enclosed shower.

Outdoor Area:
There is a terrace within our large garden, acessible directly from the kitchen, with outdoor furniture where you can gather and enjoy an al fresco meal together. We have a 'kadai' fire pit which can be used as a BBQ.
A tennis court is also available, so please bring tennis gear if you wish to play.
We can advise on walks and activities locally in the stunning surrounding Leicestershire countryside.

The property is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and dryer for your convenience.
